About

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with senior leaders and founders across the UK and US, helping them think clearly when the pressure is real and the decisions matter.
Before that, I played and coached at international level, where high performance and responsibility were part of the job.
In 2017, my wife said something that stayed with me:
“I didn’t sign up for this.”
From the outside, things were working.
But I wasn’t really present. Always thinking. Always carrying something.
So we made a change.
We moved to Prague and started again with more intention.
That’s where this work deepened.
I began to see more clearly what was driving my own thinking, and the same pattern in the leaders I worked with, capable people carrying more than they needed to, often without realising the cost.
That became The River Dialogues.
Today, I work privately with leaders around the world, helping them step out of the noise so they can think clearly again.
Outside of work, I play ice hockey, train with kettlebells, and spend time with my wife and our four children.

Andrew and Mark have been lifelong friends, growing up in Tunbridge Wells, playing street hockey together, hours in the carparks, sticks in hand, and hip-hop playing in the background.
It was a rhythm of movement, instinct, and trust, long before either of them would have put words to it.
That dynamic never really left. Years later, it shows up in a different form: one shaping the work, the other shaping how it is brought into the world.
Quiet, instinctive, and built over time, now expressed through River Dialogues.
